Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and testament of Peter Heighton of Cape John in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Yeoman.
 
I hereby give devise and bequeath to my daughter Hannah Heighton her heirs executors and Administrators for her and their own use and benefit absolutely and for ever all my estate, both real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever, and of what nature and quality Soever, and I hereby appoint her Sole executrix of this my will.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twentieth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy two.
