I, John D. MacLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the within or annexed typewritten paper is a true and correct copy of the last will and testament of Jane Roy Allen late of Little Harbor in said County of Pictou, Widow deceased, which said Will was admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou, in said County on the Eighteenth day of December A.D., 1913

I, Jane Roy Allen of Little Harbor, in the County of Pictou Province of Nova Scotia, Widow, make this my last will and testament.

I give, devise and bequeath to my son Robert Henry all my Real and Personal Property, and I appoint Frank H. McNeil of New Glasgow, sole executor of this my last Will and Testament. Dated at Little Harbor the fifth day of January, A.D., 1912.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Jane Roy Allen as for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, the subscribing witnesses who in the presence of the Jane Roy Allen, and at the same time, have hereunto set our signatures as witness on the same day, month and year above written.
