McLeod, Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the annexed paper is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of James Anderson late of Anderson's Mountain in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, which said Will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court of Probate at Pictou in said County on the sixth day of October A.D. 1913.

I, James Anderson believing in the uncertainty of time and the surety of death make this my last Will and Testament.

First: After the paying of all legal demands, I will to my sister Elizabeth Ann Robertson of New Glasgow, all my personal and Real property; all cash in Bank.
