Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

Feby 8th  1908

I Mrs. Margaret Ellen Inglis of Bridgeville in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being of sound and disposing mind and memory make this my last will

I give devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal as follow that is to say my house at Stellarton and household furnishings to Bessie Inglis my beloved daughter and what money I have in the Bank to Alexander Inglis my son

I appoint Sinclair Cameron of Bridgeville Farmer executor of this my will.

In witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at Bridgeville County and province aforesaid 1908.this 8th.

The said Mrs. Margaret Ellen Inglis at said place and said day signed and sealed this instrument for her last will and testament we at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Margaret Ellen Inglis of Bridgeville in said County which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the twenty fourth day of February AD 1908. 

Witness my hand at Pictou in said County this 24th day of February AD 1908.
