Description
Written to John D. MacDonald from his brother, the letter describes the new certificates the Dominion is pushing onto its politicans. Lorraine, as the brother describes, has decided not to take the courses to get the certificate and therefore has lessen his chances of getting re-elected. The brother goes onto encourage John to take Lorraine's place in Nova Scotia politics.
