Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

I, ANNIE H. LIVINGSTONE, of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, Widow, do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament,  hereby revoking all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.

First: I direct that my funeral expenses and all  my just debts be paid out of my Estate:

Second : I give and bequeath all the balance of my Estate both real and personal property, of whatever kind or nature, to my daughter WINNINE LIVINGSTONE:

Third: My Executrix shall have power at her discretion to sell any or all of the real property belonging to my Estate.

AND I hereby declare and appoint my daughter, the said WINNIE LIVINGSTONE, to be the sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,  I, the said ANNIE H. LIVINGSTONE, have hereunto set my hand and affixed seal this First day of February,  in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ten.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the written typewritten paper is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Annie H. Livingstone late of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou Widow deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 24th  day of June AD 1912.
