Estate of Alexander Logan, late of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will & Testament of me Alexander Logan of the Town of Pictou & Province of Nova Scotia, made this fifth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty two.

First. I revoke all my previous Testamentary instruments.
 
2nd. I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth, all my Real & personal property of any kind & nature, whatsoever & wheresoever situated, & whereof I am seized or possessed, To Have and To Hold the same for her Sole Separate & exclusive use, & not to be in any wise subject or liable to the debts engagements Control or interference of any person.

I appoint my said wife Elizabeth Logan Executrix of this my  Will.

Signed, Sealed  published and declared by the said Alexander Logan as & for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in his presence, at his request, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will & Testament of Alexander Logan, late of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou, this 14th day of May A.D. 1883.
