Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds at Pictou
I Kenneth McKenzie of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Watchmaker being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.
I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Jane McKenzie and her assigns forever all my real and personal property including all money whether in the Bank or wherever and effects of very kind and nature whatsoever or wherever Situate of which I may die Seized and possessed and to which I may be entitled at the time of my decease.
To Have and To Hold the same to my wife Jane McKenzie and her heirs and assigns forever.
I appoint my wife Jane McKenzie the executrix of my last Will and Testament.
In Witness whereof I the said Kenneth McKenzie have hereunto set my hand and Seal this fourth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Kenneth McKenzie in our presence at said New Glasgow on said fourth day of April AD 1910 as and for his last Will and Testament and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses thereto.

I John D. McLeod of said Court do hereby certify that the annexed paper is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Kenneth McKenzie late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Watchmaker deceased, which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court on the 8th. day of June AD 1911.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 8th. day of June A.D. 1911.
