Last Will and Testament of James A McCulloch

In the name of God Amen

I James A McCulloch of the Town Of Morenci, County of Graham and Territory of Arizona USA of the age of thirty one years and being of sound and disposing mind and memory and not acting under duress because fraud or under influence of any person whatever do make publish declare this my last Will and Testament in the manner following that is to say

First I give and bequeath to my sister Marjorie McCulloch whatever life insurance shall be due me at the time of my death

Secondly - IThirdly - I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my personal property goods and chattels of whatsoever kind and nature owned by me at the time of my death to my said brother Hector McCulloch

Lastly, In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty seventh day of April in the year of our Lord one Thousand nine hundred and nine.

County of Pictou S.S.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of James A McCulloch   which said will  day of July AD 1909.
