Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This Will and Testament of me William Robertson of Churchville made this fourth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and tow as follows: -

I William Robertson of Churchville in the County of Pictou, in the Province of Nova Scotia, Gentleman Being of sound and disposed mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament.

1st. I give all my real estate to my wife Cathern for her use as long as she lives and after her death that is to say to com to my son William Henery his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns to and for his and there own use and benefit forever.

2nd. I reserve a home for my daughter Marray Cathern if she wishes to stay with my son William Henery, but if she marries she will have no further claim on the rights of my estate.

3rd. I give all my personal property to my wife Cathern for hir use that I have at my decease.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William Robertson late of Churchville in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 20th. day of June AD 1912 and letter of administration with will annexed duly granted to William Robertson of Churchville no executor being named in this will.
