Will of Duncan Ross, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of me Duncan Ross of Loch Broom in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer.

I will devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Ellen all my real and personal estate consisting of the farm on which I now reside with all my household furniture also my farming utensils stock and crop of which I may be possessed at the time of my death considering that all my just and lawful debts be paid.

Also I appoint Robert McKay as executor of the estate.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal, this 23rd. day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.

Signed, Sealed and declared by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who at his request in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Duncan Ross late of Loch Broom in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 21st. day of September 1909.
