Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament  of me Adam F. Robertson farmer of Avondale  in the County of Pictou  Province of Nova Scotia.,

I direct that all my just debts be paid and satisfied by my executors  hereinafter named as soon as convenient may be after my decease.
 
I give devise and bequeath  to my sister Janet C. Robertson all my property both real and personal estate of whatever kind for her Sole use and benefit.

And I nominate constitute and appoint to be my executors of this my last Will and Testament Daniel McIvor Kenzieville and Allan McPhie of Avondale and  hereby revoking all other wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made. I declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I the said Adam F. Robertson have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and  Seal this twenty second day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Adam F. Robertson late of Avondale in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the fifth day of March AD 1904.
