Will of William McGillivary, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of William McGillivary of Springville in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer

1st. I will and order that all my lawful debts funeral and Testamentary expenditures be paid by my executor hereinafter mentioned as soon as possible after my decease.

2nd. I will and bequeath to Reverend John D McGillivary my brother all my personal property and real estate to be used by him for the support and benefit of my children and family also for the support and maintenance of Isabella Duff my sister in law and to provide and continue to supply a home for her in my house so long as she shall wish to remain there and to provide for her the said Isabella Duff at all times when required medical attendance an all other care which she may require and also ay her funeral expenses.

3rd. I appoint Rev. John D McGillivary my brother sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed and set my hand and Seal at Springville this twentieth day of November A.D. 1901.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William McGillivray late of Springville in the County of Pictou deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 4th. day of March 1902.
