I Donald MacKay of Mill Brook, in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer, considering that life is uncertain and being of sound mind and memory, do declare this to be my last Will and testament, it is my will and

I do hereby given unto my brother James McKay all my real and personal estate and property whatever it may be and wherever it may be situated to hold unto his, his heirs and executors and administrators according to the respective natures ad qualities of the said premises absolutely and forever,

And I hereby nominate and appoint my said brother James McKay, Sole Executor of this my Will and also hereby revoke all former wills and codicils, and do utterly disallow all testamentary dispositions and appointments whatsoever made by me at any time heretofore.

In witness whereof I the said Donald MacKay the testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in this paper Set my hand and Seal this eighth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety four.
