Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last will and Testament of Isabella McKay wife of Roderick McKay of Fish Ponds East River in the County of Pictou, Providence of Nova Scotia.

I give devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal of every kind of which I may be possessed at the time of my death to my beloved husband Roderick McKay.

I appoint the said Roderick McKay Sole executor of this my Will.

In witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this Instrument as my will at Fish Ponds affixed this eleventh day of March in the year of lour Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy four.

The said Isabella McKay at said Fish Ponds on said eleventh of March and year expressed signed and Sealed this Instrument and published and declared this as and for her last Will and Testament in her presence and in the presence of each other have written our names as witnesses.
