Will of Edward Renard, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Edward Renard of Stellarton in the County of Pictou Province of Nova Scotia in the Dominion of Canada Miner make this my Last Will and Testament.

First, I revoke all former wills and codicils by me heretofore made.

Second, I give devise and bequeath all my property every nature and kind and wheresoever situate to my brothers Florence Renard of Yulbat Belgium and Alexander Renard of Gossely in Belgium in equal shares to be divided between them.

Thirdly, I hereby nominate and appoint H A Jamison of New Glasgow Barrister and Alfred Baudoux of Mount Williams County aforesaid Miner executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby

In witness whereof I the said Edward Renard have to this my last Will and Testament subscribed my name this thirtieth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Edward Renard late of Stellarton in the County of Pictou Miner deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 10th. day of February AD 1910.
