The Sea Shore Chums met in the Y.M.C.A. parlour at a quarter after seven wed. night. Gordon Brown was the only member absent. The minutes were read and approved.  The members of the club were then given an amount of what they owed.

Next the question of buying a boat was discussed but it was not decided -- would do.  It was next decided that we woudl camp at Chance Harbour, and would leave on the first of August.

Arthur Hogg was accepted as a member of the club.  Next new officers were elected.  Frank Smith being made Presiden and Roy Murray Sect. and Tres.

As there was no more business to discuss the meeting closed.

July 17/19 

A meeting of the Sea-Shore Chums was held in the Y.M.C.A. parlor on Thursday, July 17, at 7:30 oclock.

The absent members were, Chas. MacIntosh, Gordon Brown and Don. Fraser.  The minutes were read and approved.

The principal subject for discussion was the accepting or rejecting the offer of a sail boat.  It was put to a vote and accepted.

A bill for advertising for the boat was accepted, to be paid from the club funds.

Mr MacDonald, Fred Murray and Norman Murray were chosen to make out a list of food for camp.

As there was no further business the meeting adjourned.

A meeting of the Sea Shore Chums was held in the Y.M.C.A. parlour July 30 at 7 o'clock.

The absent members were Chas McIntosh, Gordon Brown, Don Fraser and Ralph Davis.  The minutes were read and approved.  It was decided to leave for camp July 31 instead of 1st August if the weather was suitable, as there was no more business to discuss the meeting adjourned.
