Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Angus McKenzie of Meadowville in the County of Pictou, Farmer declare this to me my last will and Testament,

I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal property, and estate to which I shall be entitled at the tie of my decease unto my niece Jessie B. Sloan married woman wife of John Sloan of Newport in the state of Rode Island in the United States of America and my nephew Robert McKenzie of Meadowville aforesaid Farmer absolutely and forever.

And I appoint the said Jessie B. Sloan and Robert McKenzie joint executrix and executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former testamentary writings whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this tenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Angus McKenzie late of Meadowville in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 11th. day of December AD 1911.
