In the name of God, Amen.

I Finlay McKenzie of Toney River in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, farmer, being of sound disposing mind and memory hereby do make and publish my Last Will and testament.

I will bequeath and devise all my property of all kinds whatsoever to my wife Elizabeth Mary McKenzie,

And secondly I nominate and appoint my wife Elizabeth Mary McKenzie to be the Sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament.

In token whereof I have hereunto my hand and Seal affixed and Set this twenty first day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven.
