Will of Thomas McKenzie, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Thomas McKenzie of Green Hill in the County of Pictou, Farmer

I devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Eliza Jane McKenzie all my money also all my livestock of every description, my household effects, farming implements and real estate.

I devise and bequeath to my son John Dale McKenzie the sum of five Dollars.

I hereby appoint John Fraser, Farmer of green Hill and my wife the aforementioned Eliza Jane McKenzie executors of this my last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 18th. day of November 1910.

Signed published and declared by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament, in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Thomas McKenzie late of Green Hill in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 3rd. day of December AD 1910.
