Will of Wm. McLean, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

Know all men by these present that I William McLean of Hopewell County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Tanner, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament.

I hereby appoint my George Wm. McLean of Hopewell to be the executor of this my Will.

I hereby devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and wheresoever situate to my wife Jessie Margaret during the term of her natural life and after her decease to my son Kenneth Angus his heirs and assigns absolutely forever.

I devise that my daughters Mary and Maggie have a home on the homestead so long as they wish to remain.

I hereby direct my said executor to pay all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereto set my hand and Seal on this 11th. day of February AD 1905.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William McLean late of Hopewell in the County of Pictou deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 22nd. day of March AD 1905.
