Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of Mrs. Mary A. McPherson late of Westville in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, but now of North Sydney County of Cape Breton, Province of Nova Scotia

I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary Jane wife of Alex. McDonald of North Sydney and my daughter Isabel Ann Pegrum wife of Hastings Murray Pegrum of 93 Cron St., Somerville, Mass, U.S., my house, land and contents of the house at Westville in equal shares absolutely.

I hereby appoint my son-in-law Alexander McDonald of North Sydney to be executor of my Will.

I hereby revoke all other wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 19th. day of September A.D., 1910.

McPherson late of Westville in the County of Pictou Customs Officer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 4th. day of October AD 1910.
