Will of Robert Morrison, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Robert Morrison of Stillman in the County of Pictou Joiner do make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all wills by me heretofore made.

1st. I will and devise that two hundred dollars be put in the Bank the interest to go for Stipend to Ebenezer Church Salt Springs, when said Church ceases to be a congregation this two hundred Dollars to go to the Corea Mission.

2nd. I will devise and bequeath to my sister Jane Connors Twenty five Dollars.

3rd. I will devise and bequeath to Carrie Fraser widow of John Fraser one hundred Dollars.

4th . I will devise and bequeath to my brother Alexander Morrison the balance of my money notes of hand and all my real and personal property.

Lastly, I hereby nominate constitute and appoint John R. Bell of Salt Springs and E. M. Brown of Stillman both in the County of Pictou the executors of this my last Will and Testament,

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Robert Morrison late of Stillman in the County of Pictou Joiner deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 11th. day of June 1903.
