Estate of Daniel Munro late of Marshdale, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

Lorne Co., Pictou N. Scotia

March 19^th. 1897

I, Daniel Munro, being this day afflicted in body, but sound in mind and memory and desirous to manage all my worldly affairs, do make this my last Will and testament.

1. I bequeath to Margaret my wife, half of my land property together with my House and other buildings and Furniture, i.e.
2. I bequeath to my son Alister, the other half of my land to be so measured and laid out that it will not include the buildings abovementioned. I bequeath this to my son on the condition that he will pay one half of the debt owed by me and to help in this. I bequeath to him, my son Alister, half of my stock, half in value as shall be judged by my executors.
3. To carry out the intention of this my last Will and Testament, I appoint as my executors, John Maclean my brother in law and my son Newton Munro.

I declare this to be my last Will and Testament, and in witness whereof I subscribe it with my hand.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Daniel Munro, late of Marshdale in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 17^th. day of June A.D. 1897.
