Will of David Murray, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

Know all me by these presents that I David Murray of Landsdowne  in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament. In respect to all my property of which I die possessed I give devise and bequeath as follows viz.

I give devise and bequeath all my real estate and personal property of whatever nature or kind to my wife Christy Murray for her sole use and benefit forever.

And I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Christy Murray sole  executrix of this my last Will and Testament, and do declare this to be my last Will and testament.

In witness whereof I the Testator have hereunto subscribed my name hand and Set my Seal in the presence these witnesses present together on the seventeenth day of May AD 1905.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Daniel Murray late of Landsdowne in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 8th.  day of April AD 1906.

Witness my hand at Pictou this 8th.  day of April AD 1906.
