No. 1 Held an Inquest on view of the body of Albert Fullerton at Pictou this 8th August 1856
Verdict
That the said Albert Fullerton came to his death in consequence of being accidentally run over by a train on this 8 day of August on one of the public streets of Pictou — The Jury is satisfied that there was no disorderly driving in this present case, But view with regret the frequent instances of reckless driving on the public streets of Pictou
