Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Robert W. Oliver of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Merchant, do make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament.

I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my wife Margaret J. Oliver all my real and personal estate whatever and wheresoever to have and to hold the same unto her, her heirs executors and administrators according to the respective natures of the said premises absolutely and forever.

And I do hereby appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my Will and at the same time revoking all other wills codicils, testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof I the said Robert W. Oliver the testator have to this my last will and testament set my hand and Seal this tenth day of May AD 1901.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that on this seventh day of October AD 1901 the last Will and Testament of Robert w. Oliver late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Merchant deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou.
