Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I John Park of Sutherland’s River in the County of Pictou, Miller, do hereby make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament at the same time revoking any wills other Testamentary Document by me at any time heretofore made

I give devise and bequeath to my son James all my real and personal Estate of whatsoever nature or kind or wheresoever situate.

I nominate and appoint my sons Everett mad William B. executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand and Seal Subscribed and set at Pictou, in the County of Pictou, this twenty eighth day of September AD 1904

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Park late of Sutherland’s River in the County of Pictou Miller deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 4th.day of January AD 1905.
