This is the last Will and Testament of me George William Powell of Pictou Landing in the County of Pictou, Pilot

I hereby revoking all former wills.

I devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate which I am seized or possessed of or entitles to over which I have any power of appointment to my wife Jessie Powell and

Appoint her sole executrix of this my  Will.

In witness whereof I have this sixth day of September AD 1909 at Pictou Landing in the County of Pictou  Set my hand hereto

Signed published and declared by the above named George William Powell Testator as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us both present at the same time, who at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of George William Powell late of Pictou Landing  in the County of Pictou Pilot  deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 13th. day of December AD 1909.
