Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

Last Will and Testament of John Peter Smith, Medical Doctor of Greenspond New Foundland formerly of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Nova Scotia.

I give devise and bequeath all my real estate, personal estate property rights and credits to my wife Phoebe Ann Smith to make use of as she sees fit.

If she dies without leaving a will whatever property remains at her death to revert to my son Cecil Vernon Smith.

I appoint my wife Phoebe Smith and my son Cecil Vernon Smith executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have set my hand and Seal this sixteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Peter Smith late of Greenspond New Fouldland Medical Doctor by certified copy of sadi will having been filed in the Registry of this Court at Pictou in said Cunty on the second day of April AD 1913 the original thereof being of Record in the Supreme Court of New Foundland.

Witness my hand at Pictou this second day of April AD 1913.
