Will of Margt. Stramberg, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of me Margaret Stramberg in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Widow.

1. I give devise and bequeath unto my son James W. Stramberg all my real estate consisting of a house and lot situated at River John in the County of Pictou aforesaid.
2. I give devise and bequeath unto my son Iric Stramberg the sum of twenty Dollars.
3. I direst that a monument of not less value than fifty Dollars shall be erected on my grave and that of my late husband Daniel Stramburg by my executor hereinafter named.
4. I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my personal estate and effects after paying my just debts, the foregoing bequests and the expenses of executing this my last Will and Testament to be divided equally between all my family.
5. I do hereby nominate and appoint James J. Stramberg Sole executor of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke all former wills or other testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to contain my last Will and Testament.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Margaret Stramberg late of River John in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 24^th. day of July AD 1911.
