Will of Hugh Sutherland, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last will and Testament of Hugh Sutherland of West River Upper Settlement in the County of Pictou in the Province of Nova Scotia Farmer.

I revoke all former wills and Testamentary documents by me at anytime made and declare this to be my last will and Testament.

I direct all my just debts funeral and testament expenses to be paid and satisfied by my executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

I give devise and bequeath all the estate and property which I shall be possessed of or entitled to unto Daniel Baillie and Tena Baillie his wife both of West River Upper Settlement in the County of Pictou aforesaid for their use during the term of their natural lives and after the decease of the said Daniel Baillie and Tena Baillie unto their children absolutely.

I appoint Kenneth F. Cameron Lumber Merchant and Roderick McDonald Farmer both of West River aforesaid to be executors of this my last will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this twentieth day of September AD 1906.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Hugh Sutherland late of West River Upper Settlement in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 30^th. day of November AD 1907.
