Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Robert Campbell of Carriboo in the County of Pictou farmer declare this my last will and testament.

1 I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Campbell all my real estate consisting of the farm on which I now reside with its appurtenances and also of all my personal property of every nature and view to be hers and her heirs forever.

2 I hereby appoint the said Mary Campbell and Alex G Talbot the executrix and executor of this will.

3 I hereby revoke any former wills made me by me.

In witness whereof I the said Robert Campbell have hereinunder set my hand and Seal this first day of October AD 1898

Signed X his mark Robert Campbell L.S.

Signed and declared by the said Robert Campbell as his last Will and testament in the presence of us present (both being present at the same time) who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Campbell late of Carriboo in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was admitted to Probate in said Court on the 14 day of August AD 1901.

Witness my hand at Pictou in the County of Pictou this sixteenth day of August 1901 John D. MacLeod Registrar
