Westville, N.S.

January 14^th., 1910.

This is the last Will and Testament of John Johnson, of the town of Westville, in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia. I give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal property estate of every kind and description and wheresoever situate unto my wife, Flora Johnson, her heirs and assigns absolutely forever, and I hereby

appoint Roderick MacDougald the sole executors and Executrix of this my last will. I hereby revoke all other wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof, I have hereto set my hand this Fourteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
