Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Simon A Campbell of Iron Ore East River in the County of Pictou Farmer, do hereby make and publish this my last will and Testament.

I nominate and appoint my beloved wife Mary Ann Campbell to be the Sole executor of this my said last Will and Testament

I direct all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses to be paid by said executor as soon as Considered after my decease

I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Ann Campbell all my property of every kind with real and personal material** all my lands buildings, stock furniture money in hand or owing to me and all property of every description whatsoever.

In witness whereof I the said Simon A Campbell have hereto subscribed my name and set my seal on this twenty fifth - day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three

I John D. McLeod of said Court do hereby certify that the written paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Simon A Campbell late of Iron Ore East River Farmer deceased, which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court on the 16th day of April AD 1906.
