Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the Last Will and Testament of Catherine McNeil of Westville in the County of Pictou Widow

I devise and bequeath to my sons Thomas S. and Michael  a field consisting of about five acres lying south of North Street in Westville the same to be divided equally between them.

I devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary one hundred dollars.

I devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of  my estate both real and personal to my said three children namely the same to be divided equally amongst them Share and Share alike.

I hereby nominate and appoint my said children Michael, Thomas S., and Mary aforesaid Executors and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand Subscribed this 22nd. day of March AD 1898.
