Pictou Academy Principal and Inspector of Schools for Pictou and South Colchester, Robert Maclellan, his wife Martha Maria Fraser and their children.

Georgina and Marna were nieces of Martha and Robert. Martha's sister Margaret Jane MacKenzie died, and when the girls were old enough to attend Pictou Academy they went to live with the Maclellan family and raised as their own.

Edward Arnold Maclellan was born 1880 and died 1921

John Maclellan born 1889 and died 1913

Robert Gordon Maclellan Junior born 1882 and died 1830

Georgina MacKenzie born 1869

Elinor Hope Maclellan born 1887 and died 1973
