Will of Clarence Primrose, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Clarence Primrose of Pictou in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Senator, do make publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I direct that my Executors and Executrix hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses.

I give devise and bequeath all my property and estate of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate unto my beloved wife Rachel Primrose.

I appoint my said wife Rachel Primrose and my son James Primrose Executrix and Executor respectively of this my  Will.

In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand to this my will this Second day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety six.

Signed published and declared by the above named Honorable Clarence Primrose as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other at his request  have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Clarence Primrose late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Senator deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 18th.  day of March AD 1903.
