Description
This indenture mad between James Fraser and William Fraser both of the East Branch River County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Witnesseth that said James Fraser in consideration of the sum of forty pounds paid him by the said William Fraser Hath bargains and sold and doth by these presents bargain and sell to said William Fraser his heirs and assigns all that lot of land bounded as follows on the north by lands belonging to a certain Kent McDonald touching a certain lot of land belonging to a certain Duncan McDonald on the west by lands belonging to a certain Archibald McDonald on the South by lands unrented on the east by lands belonging to the said James Fraser containing in all one hundred acres more or less. To have and to hold the same to the said William Fraser his heirs and assigns to his and their use forever In witness whereof the said James Fraser hath put his hand and set his seal this second day of April one thousand eight hundred and forty four.
