To all to whom these presents shall come James Fraser of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou sends Greeting.

Whereas by a certain indenture of Mortgage made, bearing date the first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty between Donald Cameron of McLennans Mountain in the County aforesaid Blacksmith of the other part, the said Donald Cameron for the purpose off securing to the said James Fraser the sum of thirty four pounds nine shillings and one page with interest did grant and convey by mortgage to the said James Fraser his heirs and assigns a certain tract piece or parcel of land situate lying and being on McLennans Mountain aforesaid abutted and the served on said Mortgage and whereas the paying of the said sum of money in or for the secured by a certain bond of the said Donald Cameron hearing view date with the said mortgage as an reference to such mortgage and bond will more fully appear and whereas the said Donald Cameron hath paid unto him the said James Fraser the jule sum of forty three pounds and nine shillings being the full amount of principal due on said Mortgage and Bond.

Now know that the said James Fraser for an in consideration of the last named sum of money to him paid to the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath demised released acquitted and discharged unto the said Donald Cameron the said Indenture of mortgage and Bond and all covenant, agreements and things thence contained and the said James Fraser hold hereby grant, remise, release, and requite unto the said Donald Cameron his heirs and assigns all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, at law or in equity which he the said James Fraser now has, or ever paid, unto or upon the said Mortgage lands
