Estate of Helen G. Dunn late of Merigomish, Widow, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I, Helen G. Dunn of Merigomish in the County of Pictou, Widow, Do hereby Declare this to be my last Will and testament, Hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

1. I hereby appoint John J. Copeland of said Merigomish, farmer, the Sole executor of this my last Will.

2. I give devise and bequeath that certain farm at said Merigomish formerly occupied by me and all other real estate wherever situate, and all personal property of every kind and description to which I may be entitled or may have at the time of my death to Helen G. Copeland wife of the said John J. Copeland her heirs and assigns absolutely forever.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this fifth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety five.

I do hereby certify that the within instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Helen G. Dunn late of Merigomish in the County of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
