Dear Miss Gun:

Hello Miss Gunn o your mind is made up.  Well mine has been made up in your case for some time. --- I just drip with congratulations for you!  The postcard says "May your troubles be little ones".  

You don't know what you ask when you want me to keep such delightful news to myself.  May I write to Miss Mac Kewsick and tell her that she can have the 3rd garde?

If the fall's are still with you, give them my best wishes.   I thank you for the invitation to call which I shall be sure to do as soon as I can get back to Pine City.  I am having a good time here.  You know I do so like the country in summer.

The bill enclosed in your last letter will be appended as soon as I get to the old town.  No question about you sincereness as a teacher Miss Emma.  The best thing about it from a supt's  standpoint is its loyality.  That counts "It sure do" That place in the game will be hard to fill.

We will still claim your interest in the school even with the more important duties of house keeping to be attended to.  I must close.
