Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds

The last will and testament of Isabella M Chisholm of Lismore in the County of Pictou Spinster bearing date the 14th day of February AD 1911 to wit

To my nephew Donald Henry Chisholm I give and bequeath all the real estate I may own at the time of my death and also all my personal property excepting what money I may possess which money is to be given for masses for my own and deceased members of the family' souls

On my nephew Donald Henry Chisholm aforesaid to above I infirm the following conditions that it is my desire to have the farm remain with relatives in so far as this can be done thus should he have heirs of his own in due time be is to bequeath the farm to one of them and thus proceed from father to son In the event of his dying without issue he is to leave the farm sale or bequeath to the next on the family tree If by bequeath if he desirous of it If he chooses to sell the farm he is to give the first offer to whomever of my relatives who chooses to buy it. I further appoint John McKinnon Duncan's son of Lismore and my nephew Donald Henry Chisholm as executors of this my last Will and Testament.
