In the name of God, Amen.

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Fitzpatrick of Stellarton in the County of Pictou, Truckman.

I give devise and bequeath to Mrs. James Fitzpatrick my sons wife (words scratched out here), all the real property of which I am possessed, consisting, namely, of a lot of land, a house and stable, and all the livestock now on the place, together with the furniture of the house, and trucking utensils.

I nominate and appoint W.B. McDonald Parish Priest executor of this my last Will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereto my hand Subscribed to this(words scratched out) tenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty two.
