Will of Christy Jane Fraser, deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

The  last will and testament of me Christy Jane Fraser of Abercrombie in the County of Pictou, singlewoman.

I, the said Christy Jane Fraser do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my brother Peter D. Fraser of Pictou, engineer, all of my real and personal property of every nature and description and wheresoever situated forever.

I hereby revoke all wills which have been made by me at any time heretofore.

I appoint and constitute the said Peter D. Fraser to be the executor of this my Will.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal on this fifteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the written typewritten paper is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Christy Jane Fraser late of Abercrombie in the County of Pictou Single woman deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 3rd. day of March  AD 1910.
