Will of Daniel F Fraser, deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

This is the  last will and testament of me Daniel F Fraser of New Gairloch in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer

I devise and bequeath  all the real and personal estate to which I shall be in any wise entitled unto my wife Jessie Fraser of New Gairloch in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia absolutely and I appoint Jessie Fraser (my wife) executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former and other wills codicils or Testamentary writings hereupon by me at any time made

In Witness Whereof I the Testator have hereunto set my hand this 15th day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred

Signed published by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Daniel F Fraser late of New Gairloch in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 23rd day of April AD 1913.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 23rd day of April AD 1913. John D. MacLeod  Registrar
