Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God, Amen.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, James Albert Ross Fraser of Roger Hill in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer, at present residing in Winnipeg in the Province of Manitoba, made this fifteenth day of July in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty three.

I give and bequeath to my mother Ann Fraser of Roger Hill aforesaid, all the property both real and personal of which I am now, or, at the time of my death, may be possessed.

I appoint Robert McLellan of Pictou in the said province of Nova Scotia, Sole  Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

Signed  this fifteenth day of Jul A.D. 1883, by the above named Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses.
