Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

In the name of God, Amen. I John Fraser of Fox Brook of Pictou in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being at present weak and impair of body but in full and usual possession of all my mental faculties, and  considering the uncertainty of life Do made and ordain this my last will and testament

First and principally  I commend my soul to God and my body to Christian burial and touching such worldly substance with which I have been blessed I give devise and bequeath in manner and form following viz.

To my well and dearly beloved wife Annie Fraser I give devise and bequeath all my real estate and personal property of whatever nature and kind and wherever found for her sole use and benefit forever

And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Annie Fraser together with Alexander Fraser Farmer of Sutherland's River County and Province aforesaid joint executors of this my last will and testament. And I do hereby revoke cancel and annul any and all former wills by me made and do declare this to be my last will and testament

In Witness Whereof I the testator have hereunto subscribed my name and set my seal in the presence of  these witnesses present together on this eighteenth day of March A.D., 1896.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Fraser late of Fox Brook in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 9th  day of October AD 1900.
