Will of Simon Fraser, deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

Know all Men by these presents that I Simon Fraser of Garden of Eden in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being in good health and of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament

First, My will is that all my just debts, funeral expenses shall by my executors hereinafter named  be paid as soon as after my decease as shall by them be found convenient

Item- I give devise and bequeath to my son John Fraser all the estate real personal or mixed to which or of which I shall die seized or possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease

And lastly I do nominate and appoint my son John Fraser and my brother James Fraser to be the executors of this my last will and Testament

In Testimony Whereof I the said Simon Fraser have subscribed my name and affixed my Seal this twentieth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety two

In the Court of Probate

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Simon Fraser late of Garden of Eden in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 29th day of May AD 1907.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 29th day of May AD 1907. John D. MacLeod  Registrar
