Estate of Thomas Fraser, late of Sutherland's River, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God, Amen.

I Thomas Fraser of Sutherland's River in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Being of Sound and disposing mind and memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of time and the certainty of death, do make and ordain this my  last Will and Testament in manner and form following,

First I give and devise to my son Charles Fraser the property which I at present occupy, and which is bounded as follows, on the South by lands of Alexander Fraser, on the West by the Western side of the Wentworth Grant, and William Fraser's lands, and on the North by John Fraser's land, and on the East by Sutherland's River, Containing Twenty five acres, more or less.

I give and devise to my beloved wife Isabella Fraser, Two Cows and Four sheep to be kept winter and summer by said Charles, also the west end of the house during the term of her natural life, also to be maintained with the necessaries of life, by my said son Charles to whom I bequeath the said property, to him his heirs and assigns for ever. I also bequeath to my said son Charles the remaining stock and farming implements.

I name and constitute my son John Fraser and my son in law Alexander Ross my executors.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Fifteenth day of November in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and Seventy five.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Thomas Fraser late of Sutherland's River in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 29th day of April A.D. 1886.
